You can use the website to submit forms for membership recommendations, changes of address, and termination notices.
All fields on all forms are required.
NOTE: For your submission to be processed, you must check the certification box at the end of any form you complete and submit.
Dues Payment Options
Our members are welcome to pay dues a number of different ways. Local 222 now accepts payments online, by check or money order, or by phone. Before paying online, please read the instructions below.
ALWAYS follow your online payment up with a call to the Office: 352-591-3332. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your payment, which subsequently could result in a reinstatement fee being assessed.
Please note addresses on PayPal are not recognized by the Local as a member's official address. When in doubt, we will always mail to the address we have on file for the member. Should you prefer your receipt be mailed to the billing address provided on PayPal, please let us know when you call to confirm your payment. Should you need to officially change your address, please use the form available on the site or send an email to our office.
Prices posted are valid for the year 2017.
Dues are typically paid quarterly. When adding the quarter to your shopping cart, simply increase the quantity to 2, 3, or 4 to pay for extra quarters.
